Greg Coralluzzo
Did you hear that one about the guy who by day works as a nurse and by night
tells tales of delirious ER patients, Nintendo, dragons and lobsters to
audiences at his stand-up shows? Then it's time to get acquainted with Greg
Coralluzzo.
Coralluzzo was exposed to evoking laughter as an art form at an early age,
through his comedian father. Growing up in suburban New Jersey, he garnered
a reputation as everyone's favorite class clown. After graduating high
school, Coralluzzo began pursuing comedy full-time. He earned his chops by
studying under The American Comedy Institute's Steven Rosenfeld, who has
trained top jokesters including Jim Gaffigan.
Today Coralluzo gigs at prestigous venues such as Rascals, Gotham,
Caroline’s and Standup New York. He has opened for comic greats including
Jerry Seinfeld, Shane Mauss, Gary Gulman, Mike Burbiglia, Pete Coreale,
Robert Kelly and Mike Yard.
In addition to live appearances, Coralluzzo can be seen on screen in The Glorius Mustache Challenge. He took part in the headline-making documentary
that received rave reviews through print, Web, radio and television across
the country. As one of the brave young men to take part in the mustache
growing experiment, Coralluzzo shined on camera and cracked up viewers as he
revealed the social disgrace he received from women who were not fond of his
prickly upper lip. While promoting The Glorius Mustache, he appeared on
The
Today Show.
Most recently, Coralluzzo added a notch on his resume by
performing on the Pass The Mic Comedy Tour, as part of the annual music
extravaganza, The Bamboozle.
